CHARACTERISTICS: Traditional vinification of white wine at controlled temperatures of around 18-20°C; straw-yellow in color, pleasant fragrance, fruity, fine, distinctive, dry flavor, harmonic, lightly aromatic.

PAIRINGS: Appetizers, soups, vegetables, fish. Excellent as an apéritif.

Chardonnay is one of many known grape variety grown internationally and in Bulgaria. However, it has the characteristics of different regions of the world where grown. Has the characteristics of the land from which they come. In Trentino, it is not typical of Trentino variety, but it definitely gets a very good chardonnay. Mezzacorona are the of first to lead the production of Chardonnay in the region. It is grown on the slopes of the mountain, about 200 - to 488 meters altitude. Again, the grapes are hand picked exclusively from their own vineyards. Mezzacorona is the largest producer of chardonnay in Italy. Crosses traditional vinification of white wine and typical of the Trentino-fermented chardonnay no oak. So this is a Chardonnay with fresh acidity, easy-drinking (as compared with California chardonnay type). The color is straw yellow. In terms of aroma in the nose again meet typical Trentino apples. It is a little more fragrant than Pinot Grigio (but still elegantly fragrant), with a cute nose, feeling is more citrus fruit, a little apricot, melon, pineapple. It was awarded as "Best wine for the cost-quality", falls in the rankings' top 20 wines sold on the glass in restaurants in America, again holding these points 86-87 in the ratings of Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.
