PRODUCTION AREA: Trentino - Arco (north of Lake of Garda).
CHARACTERISTICS: Traditional red wine vinification at controlled temperatures of around 25°C; briefly refined in wood, ruby red in color, intense bouquet, pleasantly herbaceous, dry flavor, lightly tannic.
ALCOHOL LEVEL: 13%
PAIRINGS: Red meats, cheeses and flavorful soups.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18° C
