A Signatory bottling of some very old Glencadam single malt Scotch whisky here! This was distilled by Glencadam in the Highlands in October 1972 and aged in a single hogshead until December 2015, when it was bottled at 43 years old - not very often you see Glencadam of this age! Only 95 bottles were produced.
Nose: Fragrant, floral citrus, dried fruit and a hearty helping of cooking spices.
Palate: Fresh orchard fruit and red plums, topped with honey and cocoa powder.
Finish: Honey'd barley, peppercorn and spiced oak.
