PRODUCTION AREA: Trentino - Hillside of Faedo and Pressano.
CHARACTERISTICS: Traditional white wine vinification at controlled temperatures of around 18-20°C, straw-yellow in color with golden tones, intense perfume, strong aromatic nuances, dry flavor, pleasant,ripe fruit note.
ALCOHOL LEVEL: 13%
PAIRINGS: Shellfish, asparagus, first course dishes, cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12° C
